کیفیت زندگی بیماران در مرکز نگه داری بیماران روانی مزمن

چکیده
در مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی حاضر، کیفیت زندگی بیماران ساکن در مرکز نگه داری بیماران روانی مزمن ارزیابی شد. کلیه بیماران با پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی who و پرسشنامه اضطراب و افسردگی زونگ مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. میانگین نمره کیفیت زندگی درحیطه های سلامت جسمی، سلامت روان، روابط اجتماعی و عوامل محیطی به ترتیب 28/17، 69/13، 48/14 و 16/16 بود. به جز حیطه عوامل محیطی بین میانگین نمره کیفیت زندگی در تمام حیطه ها و میزان افسردگی رابطه معنادار وجود داشت. افسردگی مهم ترین پیش بینی کننده کیفیت زندگی در بین سایر متغیرها است.
